    There are way less cheaters right now than there has been for nearly 4 years, since shortly after Fairfight's initial release. The vast majority of people you faced in silver districts are just simply good players, and it's not unusual for someone to get 30 kills if their opposition is severely lacking in capability.

    Also, you admitted to dethreating. Please don't do this, even if you think you don't belong in silver districts. It contributes more to unbalanced matchmaking than cheaters ever did.

    The Gold Rush event was one of the worst things that ever happened. Probably because it was during district segregation, so golds were locked to gold, but every other threat could join gold and troll the shit out of them. Mass dethreating began, and teamkilling because people wanted quick 4 minute missions rather than playing them out.

    Fuck no thanks.

    What OP described isn't much more than anger issues related to possible depression and/or bipolar disorder. I know this because depression-related anger managemnt problems are something I've struggled with for many years.

    I was also misdiagnosed as schizophrenic at one point after an anxiety attack. One of the worst things to misdiagnose someone as, being fed antipsychotics that you shouldn't be taking.

    Edit: It may also be possible that OP is somewhere on the autistic spectrum, given how anger and aggressive outbursts are sometimes associated with autism. I wouldn't settle on this but if  undiagnosed and left that way then it's unlikely things would improve.

    Either way, professional help needs to be involved.

    Is there another relative or even a friend's parent you can contact to assist you in getting help? It sounds like your relationship with your mother isn't all that if her main concern is a couple of holes in plaster. Counselling may be a big help to you but at the very least you should look into some anger management techniques. There's tons of it out there and it doesn't hurt to give it a try.

    And for the love of god take a break away from APB while you try to sort these issues out. This is one of the most frustrating games there is and will only make anger problems worse. Trust me.

    I don't feel like it's worth reporting, nor that it should be. I just think it's pointless making new threads every two hours where the OP is praising LO. Like, sure, we're all glad they've taken over and given APB another chance, yay, but it's so unnecessary really. It's like a third of forum topics are made by the same few people in the end.

    Which is exactly my point. Everyone spams new threads on either the same thing or just complete nonsense, clogging up the forums and making the good topics harder to find.

    N-TEC needs to be adjusted slightly, yes. Just make it bloom more when holding LMB.

    Cheaters I couldn't care less about right now. BattlEye will do its job, they're implementing features one-by-one for that. One or two cheats have currently bypassed BE but the amount of players that use them is very minimal compared to earlier this year. Of course no anticheat will ever be perfect, especially in a game like APB that gives so many unique game tactics.

    LO may be a company that's most experienced in creating mobile games and such but they're not dumb. They've been looking at hiring back some of the old developers even way back under RTW who actually know what to do with this game's Frankentein'd engine. Things ARE being done. Bare in mind they've only been here for 2 months. Progress on the engine upgrade will begin by the end of this month I believe, and then it shouldn't be too long until that's all done.
