So funny thing happened today, my first match was me and team mate against two others one of which was shawcopting hard.. funny thing about this is he was as blatant as they could ever come now this isnt the problem, the problem is just after this match the elf came (GM) and when me and others told this (GM) about the said cheater who was active as the elf event was happening all they did was inform us to make a ticket about it.. Now i can not believe the shear lack of giving two craps about it but the show of such a lack in professionalism, i mean this was an active (GM) while an active cheater was ruining matches.. I was also told by the (GM) that by informing them who it was i was naming and shaming and that the GFAC works and catches cheaters, Ha Ha yeah ok.. When some one with a free cheat can come into the game be so noticeable and an active (GM) doesnt do anything it tells me that this company does NOT care about the community the legit players their customers or even their own reputation of being a respected company, btw the match and said interaction with the (GM) was all recorded so i have guaranteed proof that the company doesnt care about us the community their customers..

Wow, the irony runs deep.. No you know how we the legit player base feels towards you and this company in how you clean the game of long time cheaters and injecting an in house anti cheat that seems to be broken..

Six to eight hours for maintenance and for what.. when will there be patch notes i mean its not like you're banning the known cheaters in the game so why would it take that long.. I mean as it states "standard" so patch notes would be helpful so we know what was done and what was fixed say like GFAC ie: get it working or maybe the match making considering it is considerably broken..

Umm btw, is it just me or is there a reason the elf contact is'nt levelling up.. I seem to be stuck on level one with the daily saying it unlocks at level one.. Has the system of levelling up with an elf contact changed or is it bugged, i havent done a christmas event since 2015 so i apologise if it has changed but if it is indeed bugged i just wanted to bring it to your attention..

And so whats going to happen to those who cheat to the top of the leader board in the event.. countless times we see known cheaters taking top spots while the legit players are just cannon fodder.. Will you ever get thet so called anti cheat working or is it because you know if you did the player base would drop dramatically, but who cares about the countless legit players who fund this game.. right..

Packet loss is still a thing in NA days after an "emergency maintenace", when will the community be presented with a properly working game and things stated in being fixed and implemented actually done (1) anti cheat doesnt seem to work like it should, known cheaters are still playing from low to max ranks and roaming like they are untouchable (2) a match maker that is still putting players into unbalanced matches 70%-90% of the time (3) updates and maintenance that still creates further problems as well as promises of events and date's of commencement that always fall short. Like come on guys we the community support Gamersfirst\Little orbit through ongoing armas purchases yet where and what does said finances go towards besides maccas run's and child endowment payments..

There will always be cheats but all we can ask is that our money is put towards a better gaming experience.. And this comes from a fifteen year veterarn of this community\game..

Now that the content from RTW files have been injected what plans do you have for new content ie- contacts missions events ect considering it would bring back some or alot of the APB vets that left along time ago. Is there any chance we will see added options to some of the vehicles in Armas like the Mirage Fresno Coywolf ect, For the people who have everything from armas what packs will be updated\added and can we have more account bound packs added to the armas. Will there be an update to the armas reward system.

Now im not one to pick at things done by the devs by all means but if i may, WHY IN GODS NAME WOULD YOU ONLY MAKE THE HOLIDAY CONTACT FOR ONE DISTRICT AND NOT BOTH... You do know by now that only one district per week to every two weeks is played, so as long as people only choose to play financial then those of us trying to complete Trick\Treat are F*$%'D..
