If I remember correct, I read yesterday at the discord that Matt wrote, that you should reply in your ticket with "Matt told me so" or "matt approved this" and it will get updated. Don't blame me if you can't now, but I am very certain about this.

Small talk like why the servers getting down unexpected? Short term progress can't be that hard, as I often see you guys copy/paste from your discord messages. With the patience of a lot APB players, using and informing through the forums is the least what you can do. But if you don't want to and don't care, that's another question.
