I just mentioned how the Oscar is an outlier, also it does bloom a bit. Also, if you check my edit I corrected myself that the Logitech G403 has a good sensor and can scroll-wheel. Now theoretically speaking... If you were to go pro, you cannot scroll-wheel. Your brain needs to react and shoot, not think... "oh hurr durr should I scroll-wheel or left click?" Conclusion Scroll-wheeling works against noobs, or can help in cqc if you are primarily scroll-wheeling. For more serious gameplay it is a hindrance.

I don't understand why people think that firing faster equals better... So let's review the arguments here. PROS OF SCROLL-WHEELING 1) Perfect or near perfect RoF for semi autos. CONS OF SCROLL-WHEELING 1) Unable to control RoF unless you use mouse left click 2) If you do use mouse left click at longer ranges for a controllable RoF, there is more for your brain to work through so you can't instantly react because you have to decide whether you scroll wheel or left click. If you're fighting players who are actually decent this is a HUUUUGE disadvantage. The Oscar is an outlier because it doesn't bloom much so scroll-wheeling won't disadvantage it too much. Also, a "good" mouse as you say, Thial, is a reliable mouse in my opinion. Like a mouse with a Pixart / Avago 3310 or a Pixart PMW3366. You can get a mouse with that fancy scroll-wheeling ability but will it be as reliable as one of these sensors? No, it won't. And that is proven. These are the two most reliable sensors on the market right now. Edit: Logitech G403 has the PMW3366 and can scroll-wheel

Ok. I use the carbine a lot and I usually jam once in a mag if that. If I were to switch to scroll wheel the gun would be completely unreliable. What semi auto guns does scroll wheeling really benefit? You can't fire at the perfect RoF with scroll wheel because it relies on spamming the click. It's a dumb tactic and anyone who uses it is using a really unreliable gun and can't click. Edit: You can't shoot at range at all with the carbine anyways using scroll wheel, because 90% of the time I use carbine I intentionally don't max RoF it. It's useless because you limit yourself to cqc. Same with FBW, you don't wanna max RoF it if you can, it'll just bloom too much. Also, I used to macro the carbine but it's really bad. It's not reliable at all.

You can log into that old account and then gift yourself items that you want if you don't care about receiving the loyalty rewards, otherwise I don't think there's much you can do with your steam balance. I have the same problem right now actually

yeah, this is the only thing that's ever really bothered me with not having premium. Another thing though is that you level up faster with premium so it is easier to get low yields and the guns unlocked at those higher contact levels like oscar ntec and flare gun.
