  1. I think for decisions within the game it is extremely important to fix issues within the concept of the game, not social issues/feuds that you might be having with other people. Here's my thing: if it works as intended and makes the game design better then I am ok. I generally don't care if people cry/hacusate/grief/actually hack/etc. more in these types of theories and discussions because quite honestly those are entirely different topics that need to be fixed on their own (in fact, the main reason people cry and do all those things is because the game hasn't majorly changed in a long time - so they're extremely frustrated individuals).

    I think its perfectly fair considering that there was no way to get armas weapons b4. Play, and after a while u will realize that u have enough JT to buy your dream weapon.

    Take is as a reward for playing 2 months or so.

    I had to farm for 4 slot JT Vegas without current JT reward system. Its not like I needed that, but I wanted that. You dont need armas weapons. Once again - its permament guns in the game where almost everyhing has a timer!! Its worth of grinding.

    LO was kind enough to introduce the JT reward for missions. In APB. In the game that is literally a black hole for companys money, where 2 companies already failed. Its a god damn brave and risky move. So take it as it is.

    Its already very generous.

    You have to remember tho, the game is dying so they need to be extremely generous (or at least find the right balance) with play to pay stuff. The game as it stands right now has literally no content, so it kind of needs to be extremely generous or else people are going to get turned off (if the rank cap wasn't already turning a ton of people off.) It's not a matter of generosity, it's a matter of reward:effort - which is how all games should be imo.

    I'm waiting exactly 7 days already so far nothing has changed! You pay money and the support does not sign up for a support team!

    @Lixil @MattScott @Selali

    Not trying to victim blame (and hopefully this is solved by the time I am replying), but I find it funny that you knew how to access forums, knew the CEO's name and the other mods... yet you didn't know to check that the support team is pushing through a lot of tickets and have already stated that this is a problem right now? The world doesn't revolve around you. It sucks that you need to submit a support ticket in the first place, I agree, but all you can do is wait.

  4. Odd! I used to get this exact problem on my old PC (especially the windowed thing!), and still on my new PC to some extent. Sometimes my FPS will never go above 60 after playing for some time (Memory leak maybe?). When I restart the game it goes right back to 101 FPS, inconsistently dipping between 101 - 75 on average no matter my location on any map. My build is pretty beefy too.
    Another odd thing I'd like to point out is that if I cap my fps to 62 via smooth frame-rate it will still frame dip down 40 sometimes, which doesn't happen when I have it off. V-sync literally removes any fps drop, like ever, but obviously I don't want to play with input delay of any kind.

    Sniper Rifles, particularly the HVR, are particularly hard to balance because they are currently effective at point blank range and also devastating at a distance. G1 tried a few rough balance measures in the past with initial inaccuracy and movement cooldown, but it’s still quite possible to use the HVR in CQC. We feel this change will preserve the Sniper Rifle's place in our matrix of weapons, but make it less desirable outside of actually sniping.

    If this doesn't have the same desirable outcome, you could always just make the HVR sniper rifles have a charge up time - like Widowmaker's gun via Overwatch.
