    @Lixil can we get at least approximate time when you will maybe reach those tickets at high numbers? when should i expect my issue to be solved finally? i am tired of checking mail and forums and ticket status every hour ... just need to know how long to wait, how many days/weeks/months:...

    Nope. Still waiting. Don't know what i was banned for though so I don't know what to wait for. Either i was falsely flagged by FairFight so the next unban wave, or something else i have no clue of - such as being abused by a GM who just didn't like me maybe - in which case I'll have to wait for a ticket response. Ultimately i won't get to play this weekend, and considering my ticket number is above the 3,000 range, perhaps i won't play for a long time, if at all.

     

    Hope the next unbanning wave comes soon, or at least that our tickets get some sort of response, just so we don't jump to the conclusion that they are going ignored. But the only thing we can do at the end of the day is wait and be patient.

    My ticket was number 850 they marked it as solved still no unban -_-

    i think they said over 17,000 to be unbanned so they are getting around to them all it just takes time

     

    my god man let them have time to use the restroom XD

    17000 were the FF bans which got autounbanned, friend got FFed and got unbanned,he didnt even contact support... By this morning Matt posted that all unban requests were solved and if we are not unbanned yet we have to open another ticket

  4. Can we get at least approximate timeline of unbans if you will unban at least tickets for up to 1000 number... or if we who has like tickets number 3K+ have to wait for miracle today or just check after weekend or what... just approximate timeline...

    honestly there is 1 thing i dont get.. why FF bans are being automatically reverted like no problem.. while bans that have been done for absurd to no reasons are being investigated.. its so stupid.. cheaters got it super quick while we, others who didnt cheat are being investigated.. its so ironic...

    if there is BLOCKED: its banned

    UNBLOCKED SOON: means the account is earmarked for an unban, which will happen at any time

    ACTIVE: means the account is good to go; play the game

     

    if you have Blocked here then you dont need to wait since its not gonna happen probably..

     

    mean that you are probably same unlucky one as me and we are gonna stay banned

    I always assumed it was a false flag from FairFight, and since there was no way to actually contact a real person at support aside from automated responses and copy+paste once you got banned, i eventually gave up spending ages writing tickets requesting information on my ban just for them to go unread, every single time. I still, to this day, have no clue why i was banned. When writing my ticket to support just now though i checked my old email address for the automated message i used to get, it's so vague it's ridiculous to be honest. This was from June 2014, and this may or may not have already been my 2nd or 3rd ticket, so over 4 years ago since I got banned. Minimum 4 years. This was the automated message i used to get though;

     

    "Thank you for contacting Gamers First Customer Support. We regret to inform you that your account has been permanently suspended.

    Someone with access to this account was observed performing an inappropriate activity which violates our posted Terms of Service policy. This account has been permanently closed due to behavior contrary to the policies of our Terms of Service. This account will not be unblocked and all current/future tickets will be closed with no further action taken

    The GamersFirst support team is committed to preserving the integrity and fairness of the game for all players."

     

    I wonder if all along i was banned for something else unrelated to cheating and thought i was falsely flagged this whole time... so god damn vague. Did you guys who actually cheated get this type of response or was it more direct and actually mention the fact that you were cheating?

     

    I wonder...
