    no but srs u should be patient did u forget little orbit is a literal random company that appeared out of no where you act like they should respond to your tickets in a timely manner when its obvious they probably do not have proper infrastructure or manpower

     

    like think for once

    patience for how long? people who opened tickets much later after me already got unbans and communication.. i didnt get a single reply in 3 weeks.. so dont ask me for more patience.. this is a joke at this point

Just asking is there anyone here bein in same situation? being unanswered for 21 days from support, all i got is 1 auto-reply ... when i opened next ticket i got another auto-reply that ticket is being merged with previous one... i am actually thiking this whole think is a big joke from LO at all

    my 1st account got banned after i got scammed i even sent them video about how scammer scammed me and i got banned back in the days, no logic here.. 2nd account is unaccessible my login doesnt work anymore, i cant access my account... it would be cool to finally get even a real answer from a real admin... 3 weeks? even old support responded faster

    I empathise entirely with your point and I appreciate all the hard work you're all putting in to help us. Thank you, personally, and to the rest of LO working behind the scenes to get to all of us. You can imagine our eagerness to want to play APB: Reloaded once again, which indirectly translates into impatience, and thus resulting in what appears to be ungratefulness. So for that, i apologise on behalf of everyone who is waiting for either some form of response on their ticket or the 2nd unban wave. But I imagine you too can empathise with us, as we can with you.

     

    Do not think your hard work goes unrecognised for even a second. We all appreciate it, we just aren't all as adept at expressing our gratitude.

     

    Thanks again for the reply, it really goes a long way making the community feel heard and not ignored. So thank you, truly.

  6. problem is that i got hyped too much for friday to finally play again after being banned for literally not explained reason ever... and i got super disappointed just mailny how FF bans got auto-revert.. why they even investigate GM bans? ... seriously... it doesnt have any logic.. why investigate? why dont just auto revert bans of G1 pricks?
