Servers lagging or is my internet being a turd? ( NA Server )

Speedtest is reading normal speeds here for me yet Im getting over 150 latency, whats goin on? ( NA Server )

I had the normal 20ms, so I don't think mitigation.

You can run a tracert to the Jericho server, see if there is any latency on any of the hops.
