Bowman 0 Posted February 8, 2019 After a long time of inavtivity i tryed to log back into my account but i neede to change my password. problem is that the email that is linked to that account was deleted. is there anyway i can get into that accout without support helf, because my ticket is now open for about a week without response or do i need to wait till the eventualy awnser. second question is: if i need to wait on support, how long does i usualy take to get a response? Kevkof 806 Posted February 8, 2019 You need a code/link that is sent to the email address to be able to reset the password. If you no longer have the email account you will have to wait for support. Nobody knows how long it takes, but it does take quite a while.
