It says in armas that "You have previously purchased this product.", a clothing pack, but I don't have the clothes available, not on mailbox, and not in character customization.
Also not when trying to buy new clothes.

I have got the same, After I accidentally purchased the Enforcer Heavy Duty Bonus Pack I now can purchase the Enforcer Heavy Duty Bundle which is the one I originally wanted. I have put in a ticket to ask for a refund of the first pack (this may clear up the purchase block) or I would just like the other pack to be available. I think what should happen is that if you have Item double ups then you should get those items discounted from the larger pack, like up grading from individual permanent weapon to the account wide guns.

Did they fix your problem? I really want to get those clothing before my premium expires.

I found a work around for this, its because you have partially purchased the clothes with another pack. Going into ARMAS at the top you can change character, put the wanted item in the shopping basket, then change back to the desired character using the option in the ARMAS menu and purchase the product and DONE!! Worked for me with two incompatable kits.
