cant buy a name change,"already purchased it"

oops,i posted it in another section,my bad so here it is in the right place

you must be kidding me,you set all of the shop as 1 time purchase

i dont blame you tho,you guys must be stressed,just bought this game and you're trying your best

just wanted to notify you about it because i wanna buy a name change(i didnt add more g1c because of that bullshoot)

if you guys actually decided to put it as 1 time purchase thats quite stupid(no offense)

im pretty sure it was a mistake but what ever

just wanted to tell you that people cant buy name change(set as 1 time purchase) if you could fix that it would be amazing

i added g1c to buy a name change but i couldnt so i wasted it xD

i sent a support ticket but no one answered

anyways i hope you guys fix it asap,i wanna change my nick already

I tested this for a different thread, did you do anything different that I did in this video?

 

Support is probably still swamped, but working through the tickets I hope.

never said you think im stupid but no i aint stupid,i logged in my acc when i had like 2k g1c and tried to buy the name change,it said i already purchased this(like a 1 time purchase) and i couldnt buy it

i thought like,hey maybe i could add g1c to my alt and gift my self a name change,and then i found out gifts are disabled

so basically ive got nothing to do,my hands are tied.

its not my first time buying a name change,ive bought it for like 5 times since i created my acc,thats a weird bug

I got information from the QA that the text there is just a text bug. You need to have enough G1C to be able to purchase the item. Just add it to the card and it should be buyable.

Fair enough, I can add it to my cart just fine on the character that I used to test it before. So it's not a universal issue.
