I think it's pretty clear that you've never worked in customer support.
Creating a new ticket also sends it to the end of the backlog.
Do you not realise that support queues are A LIST? Tickets do not magically disappear, they are just constantly ignored by agents selectively because no one wants to deal with some tickets so it gets buried at the start of the backlog. 

I bumped my ticket 2 weeks after opening it because my country's customer protection board requires me to inform the company that I am opening a dispute against them.

I log for couple of missions today and game was so unplayable.Now everybody usin ocas and idk if they hack or what but cant get kills at all.Fkn close this game already jeez 🙄

it was explained earlier in this thread that a majority of that 70 thousand are bogus tickets caused by a zendesk (i think that’s what they use) muckup 

i think the real tickets are somewhere around 10k?

Everything related to police in APB is very cringey, you should be thankful that something stopped your account from being disgraced by that sh*t

With over 50k tickets on 10ish workers or so, things like that happen. Completely normal, get over it.

50k tickets is a big exaggeration.
I've seen MMOs with over 100k concurrent players and  about 10-15 gm's handling tickets faster.

Hi guys,

I'm going to lock this post, since it has gotten out of control.
We mishandled this CS ticket. He's been waiting 3 months without a single reply. 
There are reasons the ticket got lost. But it's still not okay.
