Could OTW be added to steam?

Why? It got moved to live!

Unless I'm wrong wouldn't work anyway the way steam is set up. You would need an extra client anyway.

Only the weapon balance changes were brought to the live servers, some of the other testing (such as the trading system) still has to be done on OTW itself

otw is only a testing grounds and it would never be approved by steam in time to be of use.
