Hello everybody,

 

We're going to be performing emergency maintenance this Saturday (09/20) starting at 1:15 AM UTC. The game should be back up and running in 2 hours.

 

Additionally - To make up for the sudden downtime during NA peak hours we're going to be running a couple of Gun Games on the NA Server once things are back online!

Hello again everybody!
 

As mentioned in our last maintenance post we're back with some exciting news today - Just now we rolled out large changes to our Matchmaking system.
 

First of all, we've made numerous optimizations to the Matchmaker which should ensure that players get their matches faster without sacrificing match quality.

Additionally we're also bringing back a feature of the old Matchmaker in the form of A-synchronous team sizes or also known as Lopsided missions which should drastically improve "worst case scenario" matchmaking results where previously it would match Gold players versus a Team made up of Bronze or Silver players but also further improve wait times seen by High Matchmaking Rating players as well as players in large group sizes.
 

While these changes are exciting they are also very experimental - We're going to be monitoring them closely and try to address any potential issues as soon as possible.

But that's not all! As part of our ongoing efforts to combat cheating we have been working hard on further improvements to our in-house Gamersfirst Anti-Cheat with version 1.0 having gone into internal testing yesterday.

So fighting stacked golds is now the rule. 

The cheaters are suppose to wait longer and only be matched with other cheaters.

This would seem to negate any action taken that makes them wait.

We're currently investigating an issue with the new Matchmaking changes which creates very poor missions.

I personally like a little bit of spice to my matchmaking. I don't mind getting smashed every so often as long as I get to smash sometimes as well.

Its every mission putting 1 bronze vs two known golds. 

So this negates any action by the AC, forcing legits to fight gold stacks. 

You can take your MM and your Premium n Shove it.

     MCD clan prides itself on promoting positive and helpful insight. Our McDoubler Developer Relations team has deemed your comment negative and unhelpful. We believe it is unfair for you to refer to the bronze player in your example as the "legit'', as this undermines the practice and consistency it took the gold to get there. While MCD believes only a few players actually deserve their gold threat(mostly MCD clan members), the game has entered an era where anti-cheat is clearly active. It is now time for players to start taking accountability in having 15 years to practice and still being silver. MCD clan believes players must start looking in the mirror when they question if an enemy is "cheating".

I see no way anyone can be gold without hacking or exploiting. 

Such as exploiting the crotch pop mixed with a soft bot. 

 So to me LO is teaming up with hackers to protect them and their gold they awarded them

for hacking. The golds in question are knowns, and the mm made me fight them over and over again

yesterday morning. Yes knowns as in known hackers. The AC is useless if it overrides the punishment of waiting 

for other hackers/golds that are suppose to vs each other. 

So with one swipe LO takes out the AC and its effects.

They only gold cuz LO puts them against T's and bronzes after letting them invade bronze district 

cuz they cried for it.

Saw at LO discord a low level green got matched against 3 golds. No "match" at all however, I read the sarcasm in your post too ^_^

Nice MM, LO colluding with golds so the gold only has to fight bronzes, n bronze can only fight golds. 

Ya You Lo employees are real winners, you and your gold friends directly turning on legit players. 

@MattScott Ya you're a real winner too, two faced. Ya talk the talk but when the chips are down you 

defend and protect hackers and give them EZ kills vs bronze only.

This deletes hackers with cheat points having to wait, so the AC is now compromised by the MM.

I see this as a direct attack upon Bronze, Green, T, Threats. 

I now Lead and Represent 'Bronze Justice' 

LO and McD and several other clans have committed acts of War upon the Innocents.

I see no gms to rep LO in district nor McD's, so you come in and attack us then run n hide?

Direct war with LO and Golds has been Dissolved

Talks with LO staff have confirmed their effort to combat cheating is ongoing, 

and not effected by the new mm.
