Account suspended

Hello Dear LO, since 2011 i was a costumer of G1 and LO after the take over, i invested my time and money in this account, never been banned, never cheated! im regular silver. 

3 weeks ago - i found my account banned, and i have no information about why am i banned, no mail, no ingame message.

On Login i only get message - account suspended - no timer given. I have a right to know, at least, WHY AM I BANNED!

i write a letters every day, but 0 answers from staff after support asked me my personal account information. the account is the same as i logged here. never changed mail,

Suggests that you stick it to one ticket, I assume you'll get a ticket number each time you create a support ticket. :C

they dont aswer my mail either. i just want to know the reason for permanent bann. im done with game - i want to know reason, and thats it
