Hello Dear LO, since 2011 i was a costumer of G1 and LO after the take over, i invested my time and money in this account, never been banned, never cheated! im regular silver. 

3 weeks ago - i found my account banned, and i have no information about why am i banned, no mail, no ingame message.

On Login i only get message - account suspended - no timer given. I have a right to know, at least, WHY AM I BANNED!

i write a letters every day, but 0 answers from staff after support asked me my personal account information. the account is the same as i logged here. never changed mail,

Suggests that you stick it to one ticket, I assume you'll get a ticket number each time you create a support ticket. :C

they dont aswer my mail either. i just want to know the reason for permanent bann. im done with game - i want to know reason, and thats it

yeah thnx alot, at this point i want to know the reason, b coz nothng was done by me to have permanent bann. at least i have right to know the reason

one dude told me that i can call to my bank and ask for refound for the money iv spend , bcoz of that bann with no reasons given. by filling fraud form.

Hey Romique, I don’t think you’ll get your money back. Game publishers usually only issue refunds if there’s a mistake on their end or a breach of purchase terms. Being banned “without explanation” doesn’t qualify. Banks also generally won’t reverse charges if the service was delivered as advertised even if you got banned later. Your best option is to contact support and ask if they’ll consider a goodwill refund, but don’t expect to see your money again.

mb u r right, but i feel like i have a right to know why they gave me permanent suspension....and after all i contacted support but still nobody gave me an answer.

Read that if you keep writing to them in your support ticket you'll get back in the queue (not sure if you did that, just wanted to share info)
