A restart was attempted, Frosi (and likely rest of LO) know that it didnt help, and is looking into it. In addition: APB NA server is getting decent packetloss, so might be network related. Again. Poor LO. Would like to note for a while now both games been acting funny. assume someone got banned, again, and HOW DARE LO!? so more then likely another DDOS. Get your January shirts ready and wait till it's over.

CrimsonMask 27 Posted yesterday at 06:48 PM Iiits network move season again! Both games are affected. Currently, most info is from APB side, FE isnt getting separate updates yet. Quote MattPScott — 2026-02-05 06:17 @APB:Reloaded Hey everyone, This is it! Another network move! Just what you guys want, right? This time we will be performing scheduled infrastructure work affecting both NA and EU servers starting today at 4:15 AM UTC and estimate a downtime of 8-12 hours. During this time, NA servers will be taken offline while we relocate and bring core infrastructure back online. Once the servers are powered up, we will begin testing and restoring services step by step, starting with basic access and districts. Please note that servers may come back online gradually, and some instability is possible during early testing phases. We’ll keep you updated here as progress is made and once the servers start coming back online. I appreciate everyone's patience. I am ready to be done with these moves just as much as you guys. Thanks, Matt [1] Quote Frosi LO — 2026-02-05 17:46 @APB:Reloaded as we're nearing the 12 hour mark we would like to provide and update on the server migration. The first servers have been moved to their new locations and are powered up allowing our remote networking team to start configuring and bringing parts of the game back online. However, there were quite a few delays getting to this point which means that we're going to need to extend the maintenance by another 2 to 4 hours to complete the necessary steps to bring the game back online. We apologize for the delays and thank you for your patience. [2]
CrimsonMask 27 Posted 23 hours ago Quote Frosi LO — 2026-02-06 00:31 Sorry folks, there's been a bit of a miscommunication internally. Our LA Datacenter has been experiencing issues which has caused a lot of issues for us as most of our infrastructure is hosted there. We have been planning to move to a new datacenter for some time now and were preparing to do so the last two days, seeing as our NA West region servers have become essentially unplayable last night we decided to pull the trigger and start moving all of our server racks to the new Datacenter. This started at around 5:15 AM UTC. We failed to communicate this to you all, I am sorry about that and I'll try and make sure that this won't happen the next time we do major infrastructure work which will take the game down for an extended period of time. As for the progress, we're nearly there, the servers are powered up in the new datacenter and we're currently configuring everything so we can bring all of our games and services back online. We don't expect this to take that much longer with APB coming back in the next hour (if all goes to plan) and Fallen Earth coming back soon after. [1] Quote Frosi LO — 2026-02-06 00:39 Self hosting has been a struggle and we've been seeing a ton of issues that ended up being down to where the servers were being hosted. As an example, our NA West APB players have been struggling to even play as their latency would shoot up to 500+ with large amounts of packetloss during peak times which rendered the game basically unplayable for most players in that region. If you visited the website in recent days you will have noticed that it will constantly time out Logins/downloads failing frequently Just all sorts of instability which all should be resolved as part of this move [2] Quote Frosi LO — 2026-02-06 00:42 Most network providers are being hammered by gigantic botnets lately, however, we made the move to a new one who has been handling this way better with Minimal downtime if any at all After that, the remaining issues were essentially down to pretty specific issues related to our configuration and the datacenter, the former we already resolved. [3] Quote Frosi LO — 2026-02-06 00:44 Quite frankly as an APB dev I am not fully in the loop about FE, thats usually Emily though I do check in now and then and forward issues if needed. So if the server is ever in dire need of a restart feel free to poke me and I'll forward it to Emily once I see the message [4]

CrimsonMask 27 Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Login server just died + before that LA subsector crashed. LO staff is pinged. Login is back, LA still dead - dont enter LA! Epsilon zone looks to be also dead. --------------------- Quote Emily — 2026-02-06 23:27 We are still working on servers so there might be small hiccups [1] Quote Emily — 2026-02-06 23:29 Its not just FE, but G1 in whole.
