should be an ms cap, If your ms is over 100 then you can't play that world.

You should have to live in North America to play in NA.

Specially if server rent is $2.00 a year that drops local players to make 

room for more sweatys from abroad. 

Not cool to spend an hour in a mission to get dropped at the end

and get zero xp. Most of the missions are attack now so zero xp.
