I’m not sure exactly what you are asking but for anything related to your account you have to go through support. Just as a heads up though, response times from support are measured in weeks not days.

yeah it is possible but im still waiting 4 weeks for a response to a ticket lmao, didnt realise a game with 300 players had such a backlog but there u go

We've seen the player count from US and EU ..

How exactly are they backlogged ????

 

Lets say a GM / Mod / W.e has a 8 hour work day... and they resolve tickets for a minimum of 10 people every hour.

and let's say there are more than 3 employees doing this.

 

How exactly is there a backlog for the player base again????
