I doubt 'that many' from the Netherlands and Belgium would be playing APB to get a full clan with the limit of language, I could be wrong. It is true, you can grow a clan big with international recruitment. But in this clan it's about friendship, teamwork, meetings IRL and fun. And not about being the biggest clan.
