Error Code 8

I've had error code 8 for 2 days and no information appears, I see streamers playing and I can't.... Can anyone explain why?

You're stupid, I install a 30GB game in 10 minutes, I'm sure it's not an internet problem, but they don't communicate that taking more than 4/8 hours could take days
