lRush 9 Posted July 4, 2023 i think ive opened like 6 tickets over the past few months. They instantly close them now. My main problem is there is no appeal process or anything. They accused me of several different things and every time i ask for specifics (because i know the accusations are not true) they just stonewall me. The support team isnt interested in helping me. But maybe if one of us gets into contact with matt, we can get him to take a look at all us and our specific situations. good luck buddy. even now you ask our lovely staff they ignore you. support ignore yous they just could care less. i doubt even if you magically get in contact with matt anything would happen, and besides i bet the email to contact him is just a defuct one as he would rather not be bothered by silly peasant issues like ours. i honestly can not explain there actions other then realizing the projects they uptook were just to much to bear and now there trying to back out and are in a corner, kind of like america and veitnam Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
