Server Unavailable

For the past three hours, the server status has only been "Initializing". I know that there are two scheduled restarts at 7am and 7pm UTC. Given that this is now far past that window, is there some issue in the backend causing the extended downtime or was this supposed to happen?

the team has been made aware of it and is investigating it so we can resolve it for you all
