If you have the gun character wide, an upgrade to account wide usually costs around 400-900 g1c so maybe it's that

No surveys available, I do have the 5$ in de Paysafe account, but I'd rather just take the free Ntec on other chars, and since I only play on one char anyway...

The only way you'll get these insane rebates are if you already own said gun permanently for one character - you can then purchase the account wide variant by only paying the difference + a little fee.

I just logged on Armas for fun and I saw the option to get the NTEC for my char permanently

Note that I never even bought NTEC before except for like 3 years ago when I first tried it
