I got this request 3663 , and request 3679. and its hard to keep track on what i sent or what i received through email, its a total mess when i look at it from my side having to reply via email. if its possible to have it on the website where the chat is actually at like an email system, You send a request , you receive an email that the request has been received, then you reply through the website and receive an reply and when you do receive a reply you receive an email notification instead

There is a way of doing this. If you go into support, your activities shows the messages that you have sent and received regarding both tickets.
