Was avaiable as permanent rewards after collecting enough points inside the Refer A Friend system that got removed years ago for exploits issues. It will come out with the new contacts LO is bringing with the final version of the engine upgrade, together Showstopper, EMP Granade and CAP40 NFCP 2. So, f2p.
