Well since threat levels no longer have any real meaning (due to the changes introduced in September 2021) and all gold players can now join any district, I guess the former threat level restrictions do no longer apply (all other rules and regulations mentioned in the first posting of this thread still are in place though). There is nothing more boring in our opinion than criminals just making a beeline to their dropoff point or - even worse - just start shooting like crazy, without even trying to drive away, even when given the opportunity to do so. For example I can not even remember the last time I did play a normal mission!
