First things first, make sure that the character you're checking this on is a higher rank than R15. This is the minimum required rank for trading/market place When you join the social district it should give you a message in chat letting you know how long the trade lock should last for. If this is not the case, please contact our Support team for further information on how to possibly get this fully resolved. ~@mayii Quote
