Drivetrains

Recommended Posts

I've mentioned this before, quite a bit actually, but I don't remember if I actually made a thread about it or not.  Basically if we are to ever see a vehicle rebalance, could the Moirai please be reverted to its original AWD drivetrain?  When G1 changed it to RWD, it made the reverse gear extremely lacking in power because they didn't redistribute the lost power from the front wheels being disabled to the rear.

Also can we please make the Dolton Montane make sense and make it RWD?  FWD pickups do exist but they're VERY uncommon.  Pickups are most commonly RWD because if you put a buttload of weight in the back, the front will raise and you lose traction.  Of course that doesn't mean much in APB because weight isn't actually added to vehicles when putting items in them, let alone it affecting the center of gravity, but the Montane would just make a hell of a lot more sense if it were RWD instead of FWD.

Any ever notice how in alot of car spawns the trucks rear wheels are on a short wall off the ground?

If it was rear wheel only it would be real fubar.

But yea you're right need 4wd and some decent kits.

Big tires that you could roll over cars but with a speed reduction of course.
