i think accusing someone of cheating is pretty serious. you really, really need to spend some time battling against someone before you can say whether that suspicion should be taken to the next level; making the accusation.

 

if you had a platform for people to openly post things like this publicly it would certainly be a mess. you just can't do it. it has to be handled in another manor.
