If I'd change anything about it I would nerf the bloom so that it is much harder to use it on long range without using marksman mode.

Simple thing really, remove the stacks on consumables and make them permanent with the current cooldowns.
They are really important and it is just an annoyance when I run out of them.- 2

Dog Ear isn't that good though, sure it can make most cars smoke after 12 rounds but many other weapons can do the same. Try the dog ear and blowing up cars on long range becomes a hassle due to the bloom.

If it is a technical limitation than I'm assuming that is something that could be addressed with UE3.5 or UE4? Anyways.. I hope LO gets around to fixing this.

So... this is kinda weird looking.. This happens when you equip a Tactical Holster Pad (left and right). Would be great if this bug is fixed.

I can get behind pretty much the entire list except high TTK, sure Ogre might need a nerf but Yukon is already nerfed and the problem isn't that obnoxious.

Adding content is usually a win/win but I'm fairly sure LO have their work cut out for them for the foreseeable future tbh. I wouldn't mind seeing some new bodykits for the Han Veo/Coywolf too.

Suggestion: Toggle Favorite Item/Weapon
I made a similar thread on the old forum but I figured, new year, new forum so I might as well make a new thread and hopefully this tiny but very helpful quality of life change could be implemented.
It happens to me quite a lot that I quickly have to change weapon to adapt to a new situation, it doesn't matter what I'm doing be it missions or fight club, there is always those moments when you just have to switch weapon to deal with a tough opponent. Now if you've been a bit of a weapon hoarder you'll probably be very familiar in the situation of figuring out where your weapon is at in the inventory. Currently the problem with the weapon list is not sorted by name or anything logical. It is completely random and since there is currently no way to sort the list of weapon other than by weapon type which in of itself isn't very useful if you got many weapons of the same type. What I'm suggesting is that there should be a way to favorite weapon and items to make them appear on top of the list, both the list when seeing all weapon and on the top when sorting by specific weapon types.It could look something like this though I'd prefer if it looked better looking than my MS paint skills <.<
Anyway, it is a small tiny change but it would massively improve the UI experience. -
Cool ideas, not sure about the invisibility mutagen vial though, it could easily be very OP but it gives tactical value in certain encounters. You could sneak in and do an objective for example.

You might as well get the Nunavut on the Armas store and not have to deal with the gambling. The way Yukon is now it's just not worth it... It should be buffed in some way.

I had a issue with fps when the halloween patch went live but I just did opened the launcher and did the "repair" and it was fine afterwards. No clue as for the hit-reg problems though.

I also have these stutters though they seem to be consistent and won't go away the slightest, had no problem running APB prior to the halloween patch. Got a pretty powerful PC so it shouldn't be a limited factor.

As previously mentioned, play with LTL for a day or two and you will realize how hopeless it is. Only reason Enforcers are using it is because of the Cop rank.
So many times I've actually managed to stun someone but they're too far out and I can't reach them before stun duration ends. Also the advantage of if the enforcer is killed a criminal can free the captured criminal and avoid having to respawn. LTL is simply a gimmick for enforcers to level up the cop rank. -

But it dosen't limit the rate of fire enough! A Carbine shouldn't able to fire faster than an NTEC.

Hiya,
Quick suggestion, I think there should be a part of the social district where you are allowed weapons, grenades and consumables and with target dummies to shoot at. Could also be a zone where you are allowed to test any weapon of the game. Obviously you shouldn't be able to kill anyone else besides your teammates of course
