I'm all for banning the cheaters, but you have to take responsibility when you send in those sort of tickets. Your actions could result in legit player getting punished or important tickets getting delayed. Also, keep in mind that GM staff generally doesn't play alot of the game, this makes it much harder and often too risky to judge a players skill. I doubt they will ban anything other than blatant cheaters (360 aimbotters) from video "evidence". To catch the closet cheaters they will work with and rely on the new fairfight. Video evidence is not good evidence most of the time.

[Will San Paro City Volunteer Programs be back?]

As an ex SPCM, I would be interested in a revamped volunteer system. The previous SPCM program was essentially just me answering "what is spcm?" and "are you gm?" 80% of the total questions.

Hey, the Jericho server has been in a terrible state of lagging and crashing for over half a day now. Any information on what causes it and if/when it will be resolved?
