    If it gets nerfed then it's more than likely a good reason for it.

     

    The N-TEC nerf was quite obvious that it had to be done. With this nerf other weapons can come into play and there will be more weapons to choose from.

    Even with this nerf, the N-TEC is still really good.

    I agree with WorldDominator on this one. I've always thought to myself that CSG/JG should be equal when it comes to rate of fire.

    All versions of Explosives - 20% more damage taken.     Fast-Fix Chassis - While being repaired, vehicle moves 20%/40%/60% slower. While the vehicle gets back into the fight quicker, it's more vulnerable until then.

     

    Fireproofing - 20%/40%/60% Slower Repair speed.

     

    Nitro - Consolidate all 3 nitro into 1 mod which is statistically between 2 and 3. 300% engine torque output, 3m/s top speed, -90% turning speed. Currently, Nitro 1 and 2 are hardly noticeable, and there is little purpose behind them other than progression filler.

     

    Steel Plating - Increase downside of reduced speed from 2%/4%/6%/ to 3%/6%/9%.

    Most of the mods mentioned are not even in the meta. I can agree with your standpoint with Steel Plating but thats about it. I'd nerf it even more than whats mentioned in your post. (6%/9%/12%.)

    Orange mods have a downside already which is their cooldown.

     

    I dont know why High Burn Fuel was not even mentioned in this post though. One of the insanely good vehicle mods which should've never been introduced to the game but here we are. (thanks G1)


  4. I would say none of them, they are all pretty "meh".

    But, if I'd have to choose one I'd go with the EOL "The Hammer". It uses percussion grenades which explodes on impact.

     

    Previously I'd say go with the "Kickback" but considering the Low-Yield nerf then I dont think its worth using anymore.

    It's an "arcady" third-person shooter after all. It's not meant to very realistic, if that's what you're aiming for. I dont know.

    I'm well aware of your point and I understand what you mean. If a mission is unbalanced, its not the players' fault or the bounty system's fault. 

    It's quite clearly the matchmaking that needs rework too. All of this is a work in progress.

     

    They didnt mention any matchmaking balancing in the 2020 roadmap, but I think everyone can agree on that matchmaking needs a rework.

    When you play a mission despite it being against vets or rookies, the N5/P5 system should NEVER interfere with your mission. Because when you press "K" to ready up, you are getting ready for a PvP experience with an objective to play for. Once the mission has started, the only goal is to eliminate your opponents and finish the objective. Without being disturbed by other players.

     

    This does not we have to remove the bounty system completely. It can be changed to the point where it does not have any impact on your missions.

  9. Is there rules for having a streamer or that all participants have to record their POV? I would suggest having all players record their POV.

    Is there a website or docx where we can see all teams who are signed up? (brackets, times, etc...)


  10. I enjoyed that threat system more than what we currently have.

    Gave you a reason to keep playing for a higher rank or to keep the highest rank possible.

     

    Those good old days where there was messages that would highlight that a Gold 10 player entered the district.

    I've seen countless bitching and complaining about 'cheaters' in APB and while I believe that Little Orbit doesn't really give a rats patootie about me as a player or what I say (kindly or otherwise), I strongly feel that LO is doing their best to ban/remove/'evict' any sort of cheater or exploit user that comes into APB.  This being said...

     

    I feel my last few games this holiday break i've been almost brutally pub stomped without really any sort of improvement or understanding of what i'm doing exactly wrong.  Again i'm not 'The Player who called CHEATER' but some of these games made me feel like, they had the odds stacked considerably in their favor.

    From things like being shot beyond the sight limit, to me also being smart and using stealth or whatever sort of stealth I can to sneak up and just somehow being spotted outright every time.  I could play the perfect game and I would still lose to these players or groups every time.  It leaves me feeling kind of discouraged from playing.

    I'll be the first to admit, i'm not the most amazing APB player among the flock.  I'm pretty luck warm and I rely more with a team, it's why I run duo with a friend of mine.  But I know that I understand how to play, when I should push, when I shouldn't push, where i'm strong and when i'm not strong.

     

    So my TL;DR question is this, Do you as a community believe that there are people that still cheat with things like scripts and macros or do think i'm just running into really skilled players?

     

    Be reasonable.  Don't be a jerk as I said above.  I'm not pointing fingers.

    I think you run into both.

     

    I do believe there are players that use some form of software to gain advantage.

    The game is free-to-play so cheaters will "come and go".

     

    The "cheater" issue is being handled a lot better now than what it did previously, imo.

     

    Although, there are really good players and many are veteran players who have been here for years.

    I'll try without F-Secure..... and it worked.

    I've heard of like two other people recently having issues with F-Secure running in the background when trying to start APB.

    It would just close the game for some reason.

    Seems like disabling antivirus helps. If someone is having issues please try the same, either way I'll report it further.
