Someone mentioned you can get banned for dethreating?

I uninstalled and reinstalled battleEye and it seeems to have fixed battleEye kicking me straight away when my game does go into that weird lag.

I am having the same problem right now it won't stop !

I keep getting disconnects and then kicked by BattleEye, Is there a way to fix this?
