I am not good at creating characters, so between the one I lost (having actually looked good) and losing the very first serendipity item I ever found on my own "Prairie Feather Shoulders." In my opinion, I've lost a fair bit. But Obviously, I'll still be okay losing them forever if it keeps the rest of the game safer. Edit: Also lost DLC items on new char and a full wardrobe unlock. But those are easy to refund.

If they cave to the "I lost progress folks"? You've got a bit of a complex going on friend. "...I will demand..." Maybe chill out a bit. You're lookin' mighty petty.

Long time FE player here. My two Cents. 1) Fallen Earth is not Fallout. They are of the same genera, but the mmo aspect puts them on different levels. And as we've seen with FO76, Bethesda isn't even close. Not to mention the unique feel, story and lore. Saying "go play New Vegas" (the best Fallout everyone points to) signifies ignorance. 2) In terms of population you are missing a crucial point. That being: APB requires higher pop to even function as a game. With 30 people in FE, you have thousands of hours of content to play through. With 30 people on APB, you get 10-15 AFK in social or the rest only in Financial for match making. The new player experience is utter garbage in APB due to that spread. Gold players dunk on noobs, who then get frustrated and never return. OR Those noobs (like me) push through but reach a point, where to progress, they have to pledge to contacts in Waterfront. Which due to everyone being in Financial for match making, makes progress a snails pace at best. Leaving the world feeling empty and frustratingly meaningless. And boring. I believe Matt and his team can "handle" both games. Both are unique, saying one isn't and advocating it gets dumped because you want more attention paid to yours is, like, weak dude. Totally.

Dogs do not see in black and white that is an urban legend. :V They simply have less sensitive rods/cones resulting in some colors being unsaturated or different from what you might perceive. "The more you know!"

Survivors log: Day 6 Some of the other survivors are turning on each other. I understand their desperation, but we need to stick together! The surface water everywhere is toxic. Even the water in cactuses is tainted. They are saying some guy named Alec Masters gave us false hope by being "online." I don't understand, but apparently it means Matt and the Oilville scientists are getting close. These plateau scorpions actually taste great, some lunatic grabbed a cement covered pole and started slaughtering hundreds of them... the apocalypse is a lot weirder than I ever imagined.

Been playing APB while waiting. It's empty af. Everyone either plays in one financial district or afks in social. Can't even progress b/c no one plays waterfront. If I had to choose which felt more alive, I'd choose Fallen Earth. It has a supportive and active community and PVE doesn't require someone else wanting to queue up. APB might have a social community, but it is a pvp game and the pvp is rife with idiots on a teamkilling high, straight up abandoned districts with nothing to do in them and a very clique-y, holier than thou, atmosphere. ...just my 2 cents

Survivors log: Day 5 Weird mutants have started showing up, the damn scorpions are as big as horses. We've run out of bullets fighting off waves of these freaks. Resorted to mining raw copper and turning it into airsoft pellets. ...Surprisingly effective. The gov says they're doing all they can to solve the "issues." What ever those are, who knows. I heard that some guy named Matt in Oilville has a crack team of scientists making break-throughs. But, any longer and I fear some of our group will go mad... all we can do is hope. For now.

We are ultimately paying for the game's upkeep. Server maintenance is game upkeep. I understand asking for compensation. But like 80% of your posts are about it. You dont gotta be like that mate, it comes off as self centered, all I'm saying.

You can see it as a sterile business transaction if you want, that's fine. Your choice. But some of us want to include the devs when we talk about "our community." And being courteous/thankful, without demanding handouts, is how we choose to interact.

I hope you're not serious. Everyone getting that much would only further tank the econ. B/c while "I" might buy cosmetic slots, you know most people going to huck their purchases on the marketplace.

I know it sounds condescending... but as a natural resources scientist, I mean this 100%. Take this down time to go outside for even just a few minutes. Even if it is cloudy or grey, just find a green space and take a few moments to stroll and breathe. All scientific research points towards better mood and an antidepressant quality of just being out side. It's only been a couple of days, not a big deal.

They already said compensation is going to be a thing, just not priority right now while they are fixing. Pay attention for later announcements.

The convoy between network facilities was attacked by plateau scorpions. They are looking for a clone to use Patch 2 or higher on the wounded.

Oh, lol. That was aimed at the devs because it's been an hour since the 1 hour update. I am a heretic, I know.

I reckon ur hours 'bout up, pilgrims! Show us the goods or prepare to draw at high noon.

I don't see a need for entitlement cake. Some of us might have even seen the sun for once during this downtime. Win win
