I agree, remove the cool down perk of premium, and make the old premium cool down times the standard for all players. The cool down perk has always been a bit on the P2W side of things. would love to see it removed.

Check my edit, APB very often gives the appearance of snapping. Just because his character wasn't looking at you (evident by the back of his osmaw slightly peeking) doesn't mean he didn't see you. And once he went to fire his character would "Snap" Plus that's not even accounting for potential other explanations like lag, or just because APB is Buggy.

I'm assuming you mean that Pre-fired perfectly timed OSMAW Shot is proof hes walling? That little alcove is a great place to post up with just about any weapon, let alone an Osmaw. He very likely could of seen you coming up, as you were in his line of sight (remember 3rd person camera) for approx 4 seconds. From there its just some basic prediction, and remember, its possible that was a really lucky shot. So no, Nothing in that clip is proof. Also remember, because APB, his character was facing one way, but he was potentially looking elsewhere, so when he did start his wind up it gives the appearance of snapping.

I was in the last iteration of SPCM, We really weren't able to do much. All I was able to do was stand around Social and point people to the various Kiosks. Because my threat I wasn't allowed to go in to the Bronze/Green districts to help the people who might of actually needed it. Before I was in it, SPCM members were able to enter lower threat districts, but some people in the program abused this to get easy matches so it was disabled. And one very common problem that did arise was new players seeing my tag and thinking I'm a GM. I think the best way to do this is not officially (so no tags, no special anything), but make it entirely community driven. One idea I had was a series of short 1-2 minute videos on each weapon giving a basic rundown of a weapon. But I was unable to on my setup at the time.
