Real off-topic so I apologize, but is there a way we could use gifs as avatars as long as they fit within the file size constraint?

I love the new design, wish we could upload gifs that fit within the file size restraints as avatars though.

I think he was most likely referring to the legislation now being pushed in a lot of countries in Europe regarding gambling via video games.
