I personally think EVERYTHING in this game should be obtainable, with the most expensive Armas items being available for APB$ at crazy prices. You have the option of grinding APB$ for the weapons, vehicle kits, etc, a bit like with the Joker weapon system but based solely around APB$ and making it valid for everything on the Armas Marketplace except for very few select items such as Brand New Releases (for example a 3 month delay before it's available for APB$ at a crazy price for those who have been grinding for months), and you have the Armas Marketplace as a shortcut, if you don't want to grind hard to afford those exclusive weapons, then buy them with real money and skip the grind, so the Armas Marketplace only becomes a shortcut for everything you can obtain in-game - this makes the whole "P2W" argument disappear since everything is obtainable in-game whilst also giving people a worthwhile money sink.

Well If they are obtainable by lease you mean, i'm fully agreeing with that. If you mean that they should be obtainable permantely, there is major problem with that concept.

The main reason I started spending money on game was because I was forced to if I wanted permantely have weapon I wanted. That is CR-5. I forced myself to buy that but I was looking for way (I was newbie then) to get it otherwise. Nothing found so spent my money on game that way. Then it started.

Now I think other can relate to me there... Why would I spend money if alternative is free? That's main problem of making everything avaliable.

And completely remove joker tickets. The concept there is to spend a whole week in Fight Club to get top place, to get enough Joker Tickets to get an Armas-type weapon for a week. The catch being you need to spend another week in Fight Club with that Armas-type weapon if you want to be able to afford another Armas-type weapon for the following week. It's a trap cycle. It cancels itself out in the long run. I think the best option there is to remove the Joker Tickets currency, wildly boost the APB$ price of those Armas-type weapons in the Joker section of Social to give people a worthwhile money sink while at the same time disassembling the "P2W Game" argument.

It's not such trap cycle. You can always choose free alternatives... most of game weapons are reskins. There are few weapons who don't have free alternatives but they are... you guessed it... in JD for sale. Also this Joker Tickets not only serve to buy weapons but items and even weapon skins now. Vegas 4x4 4 slot is most notable.

Joker Tickets was probably only good concept left after G1. And it served well to community I think.

I really don't see the idea of people having to pay APB$ to trade one legendary for another, using the trade system, materialising. There is no set value for any single legendary, their prices vary depending if you're on NA/EU etc, their prices vary depending on how many are currently on the market, so rarer weapons are more expensive, naturally, and to design a system that can take in all that varying information to have a constantly evolving tax price on trading legendaries... it's just not realistic. It won't materialise in my opinion. So if legendary weapons become tradable for free without tax, the marketplace becomes an obsolete place to trade legendaries if you're getting taxed 20% there.

That's not entirely true. Also trade system isn't implemented yet but one of many suggestion was to tax it as well when it comes to money. That way money is lost anyway... if you either trade legendary losing value by legendary demand (like lower price of said legendary) or by putting standard 20% money tax on monetary transactions.

Also I wanted to add that symbols, vehicles or mods most likely wouldn't be unaffected by inflation... but legendaries on other hand would get so huge prices... that any newbie coming into that game call it P2W quickly, which is complete opposite to what you want.

  2. If you mean economy where you spend APB$ for items - In my opinion tax should remain. After all you got a lot of ways to earn that money and not so much to lose it. The only one outside marketplace are ammo resupplies and car respawns (i don't count purchasing items from contact because it's obtaining item for fixed value - you lose nothing in economy).

If we would remove market tax from marketplace I guarantee you that in 2 years we would be like economy of Venezuela. Inflation would sky-rocket. Legendary which cost 1 mln $, would cost 100 mln $. Who loses in all of that? YOU! Why? Because you need to grind more money to get the same item you would get for less money back then. You prefer losing 20% of tax and have balanced although chaotic and heavily player-influenced economy... or still the same model with everyone being millionares so prices becomes billions?

I would agree for marketplace tax decrease... at least to test it. But i expect inflation anyway.

We need alternative money sink, otherwise this idea is null and will bring even more chaos into APB.

Can everyone experiencing disconnections please private message me this information

    Error Code:

    Disconnection Time & Time Zone:

    Where You're Located:

    Character Name:

    Server:

    District (if possible):

I don't think it's needed. Every player was disconnected around 15:30 in Citadel (at least... i'm not aware of status of other district but probably went the same as character selection screen disconnected shortly after around 15:40). Seems it was massive chain server crash.

Depends on the purpose. For ramraiding for example I only need 2 slots for Extra Capacity 3 and Steel Plating for bullet protection. Works for me.

Why not Armored Engine or Fireproofing? I mean... I would get as much away from vehicle if I would get witnessed as possible. It's usually first thing which is blown up if they witness you. (Trust me, witnessing enforcer here.).

the importance of the ammo resupplier heavily decreased.

Car spawner is now more important. we have another deployable ammo box now. (does that one even count towards the achievement?). and since car spanws can also resupply we indeed have a heavily reduced need for mobile supplies.

Which lead to absurd situation that player might complete ALL weapon roles before they complete munitions specialist. I find it utterly absurd.

  6. Back on subject...

Well I hope it does run already - as of now paid cheaters providers seem to gone into counter-offensive.

Had few matches with questionable people. And while I do understand that some action might look like hacks... I talk about kind of people who just are hit-them-all-no-miss and are of kind to do things which normal player wouldn't do because they don't work, yet in their hand they are always perfectly pulled off (for logical reasons - like jumping shooting with N-TEC 5). Some even showed behaviour like they were aware of their surrounding all the time (Knew that behind wall or building was opposition coming at him from other side - aka. patootie knowledge as I call it (cause from where else he can know that?)).

  7. I will kinda sound like some kind of elite going to you and saying "you don't understand concept of that" but sadly... i must say that.

The whole customization is only unlocked for premium players. Why? Because it's one of main features of game and because it's main constant way to get income of the players.

What's the point to premium other than more customization? Sure you get clan name as title unlocked (who normal even unlocks it for that?) and additional money and progression toward contacts (only make sense if you level up) but what's else make people buy premium? Nothing.

And game needs money to function. Math is simple.

I understand you. I would want full customization for free too. But premium needs to get more out of that, otherwise it don't make sense to buy premium and game will face death soon enough.

But about expansion so F2P get more and premium still is worth it seems fine.

But at other hand... it might stop some from even buying premium anymore. It's tricky.

wonder how many people farmed this with a second macroed account. I know a buddy made soem other buddies help "farming" on this achievment inbetween missiosn when we at there shooting, one bullet, reloading and repeat xD

I will be honest, i'm not against farming of this role - taking how much it took me to just get to higher levels. People just don't resupply at you, they often go to ammo dispensers around map.

Vast majority of points to it I got was via car trunk (thank God for that mod). Imagine doing that with ammo boxes and resupplier alone...

And the lone fact that you need to focus on totally non-essential part of gameplay just to fulfill it would be ultra frustrating.

This contacts we had to get 4 years ago.If we get them now and LO make "show recommended tab" in dist. select to stay checked by default so matchmaking get fixed - can bring a lot of players. But problems with sht servers and some suspicious players is still on so..

Actually honestly even if we got to real max rank... it will be just two more contacts. One additional specialist and bosses of whole factions (for enforcers probably Mayor Jane Derren and for criminals Luke Waskawi). I mean after all I imagine that specialist contact have 20 levels and boss ones 25, right?

  10. In all honesty... 4 slot usually isn't going to have nothing useful in it. You can easily go along with 3 slots if you want.

Blue mod (car spawner, ammo trunk or mobile radar), purple mod (explosives or high-burn fuel) and orange mod is all which are useful (for example nitro boost or brick). 4th is usually waste - you put something on it just to add flavor (expection is muffler, red mod but meh... it's mediocre)

Just me or the last crim level looks ugly compared to the enf one? :v

Well but it's symbolic to San Paro city crest.

Mongoose (or dragon, taking it "wing") representing enforcers and snake representing criminals.

I think this are good final ranks of APB.
