  1. The shredder probably also needs a slight RoF tweak downward. I think it's the combo of it being able to fire fully auto very quickly and at range is what's causing it to slip and slide like a madman. The inaccuracy doesn't kick in quickly enough to avert the ability to do a tonne of damage.

  3. Description: Mutual Friends that had each other on their friends list cannot join each other's districts, as it throws an error. However one can workaround this by just re-adding each other Game Version: 1.19.6.791420 Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch the game. 2. Have a friend mutually BEFORE the 1.19.6 patch, ask they launch the game, and enter a district. Attempt to join them 3. Notice that if you attempt to join them, an error pops up.   4. Description: Contacts no longer show after initial district entry, and there is no option to enable their visibility or otherwise through the Map Legend. Game Version: 1.19.6.791420 Steps to reproduce: (There are multiple methods of reproduction) Method 1: 1. Launch the game. 2. Enter any district that has contacts within it. 3. Notice that if you look around, no contact is listed on the user's HUD. Method 2: 1. Launch the game. 2. Enter any district that has contacts within it. 3. Open the map 4. Notice that not only there is no contacts displayed on the map, there is no option to even show them under Legend. How many times have you recreated this bug: 5/5 Expected results: I should be able to see contacts under any scenario.
  5. Description: Some weapons (mostly shotguns) do a animation that blocks user input, however this is done when switching to the weapon on spawn. This mostly pertains to shotguns, who do a "full reload" animation kick when switched to quickly enough. Currently this affects shotguns including: CSG TAS-20 JG Showstopper This exists on LIVE, but it seems to be slightly more noticeable on OTW especially with the Showstopper Game Version: 1.19.6.791386 Steps to reproduce: (There are multiple methods of reproduction) Method 1: 1. Launch the game. 2. Enter any district and equip any listed shotgun or it's variants. 3. Notice that sometimes the shotgun full reload animation kick plays, however you have just spawned in with full ammo. Method 2: 1. Launch the game. 2. Enter any district and equip any listed shotgun or it's variants. 3. Through normal play or otherwise, either respawn or die, and make sure the gun you die with is not the listed gun equipped 4. Notice that if you spawn, and switch to the affected gun, it will play the full reload animation kick. Method 3: 1. Launch the game. 2. Enter any district and equip any listed shotgun or it's variants, but it must be a new equip from an ammo resupply point. 3. Notice that as soon as you exit, the full reload animation kick plays at specific times. How many times have you recreated this bug: 3/5 overall Expected results: This shouldn't be happening.
  6. Description: Showstopper reload animation is incorrect when reloading while aimed. The hands don't really move away from their aimed positions. Game Version: 1.19.6.791386 Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch the game. 2. Enter any district, and either to either variant of the Showstopper 3. Fire the weapon aimed. Reload while aimed. 4. Notice that during the weapon reload animation, the hands don't necessarily move to 'reload' the gun. They are stuck to the pistol grip of the weapon. 5. Once reloaded, fire from the hip. Allow the weapon to return to an idle state before reloading 6. Notice the hand movement is now much more fluid. It looks like you're doing a proper reload of the weapon. Video included to quickly demo what the issue is. How many times have you recreated this bug: 3/3 Expected results: This shouldn't be happening.

Description: The Showstopper 'Thunder' has a visible backface on weapon model, which can be seen especially under bright contrast or light conditions Game Version: 1.19.6.791386 Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch the game. 2. Enter any district, and change to the Showstopper 'Thunder'. Hold it up to bright lights as seen in the screenshot below 3. Notice that you can see some sunlight Have a look at the muzzle end of the barrel, it's a lot clearer seen.   8. Bump, new version out. 1.1 Release ------------ Added two-way colour conversion. You can now see what the closest hex value is to an ingame colour. Re-tweaked some values internally to allow for closer colour conversion from Hex 2 APB HSL. Added the credits tab (used to be the about tab, but not is actual credits). Removed Clarkson. Added the about tab. Made the box grey.
  9. 1. The range difference increase could throw some issues out there, but the RoF tradeoff does seem to offset this range increase. HVR going 102m isn't too different to going 97m at full damage, but the 5 meter increase is a decent upgrade to RoF. 2. The Old Glory is a very powerful thing. The slight RoF increase coupled with a pershotmodifier decrease could see big balance issues. It's a very potent rifle as it is, any slight buff could bring it into a questionable zone, even with it's limited circulation. I'd have a look again at the Old Glory. But overall I'm glad there are still tweaks going on. Good work

  11. Here you go. It's a colour converter. By definition APB uses a condensed HSL system with 4096 unique values for color (out of the standard 3.6 million colours that normal HSL enjoys). So there will be colour loss due to this. But it's the best anyone can do

  13. Pretty sure that was meant to be to 0.32 (from 0.35) Also I noticed the NFAS has no curve for it's old stats, I'd quite like to see how they would've shaped up to the balance districts stats. Overall very nice work
  14. So yeah this took an age for me to even get around to. In short, it converts a standard Hex colour pallette to a close representation of what the APB HSL system is. It was coded by myself in an afternoon (after about half a year of being lazy and doing several re-writes). It does one way conversions at the moment (it only converts Hex to APB HSL, not the other way around), but will support discrete two-way conversions (more like approximations) soonTM.   15. Ohey announcement. The tournament is being re-organized. All persons that have signed up have been notified. What will be changing: The tourney will now consist of two separate brackets. One for EU, one for NA. The registration page will include a section to denote which bracket you wish to participate in. You MUST fill this in, otherwise your entry ticket will be rejected and a re-entry is required. It'll be a requirement to also provide your Discord handle, so that we can ping the relevant parties quickly and also get information passed around quicker. And do join the discord that was provided in the main thread, it'll make things easier for me. Also NO duplication of peoples' names please. One player to a team. The prizes will now be split across, to save on cost on my end. You will still be getting premium (if gifting comes back) but it might not be as much as before. There will be a minimum participation threshold for the tournament to take place. If we cannot get 16 teams involved, on EU/NA, I will have to call off the brackets. Registration has been re-opened, and you all must re-enter your teams in. It will be closed on the 21st, with missions starting on the 22nd. Thanks, SKay

  18. Sorry, been busy for about a year (it seems) but I'm happy to announce that the tourneys will take place: Saturdays and Sundays starting from the 14th of July, up until their completion.   21. Hi Genobee, long time no chat I've already accepted that there's going to be huge problems with this system, chiefly because people would disagree with a point or another (which is fine). Unfortunately I didn't get much response, and people had started to ask about signups. I was hoping for more signups but as of right now it seems to be slowly falling over. However even if the event fails to materialize, I'll go back to the drawing board and propose some better, more thought out, and multiple rulesets for people to deliberate on. On the point of the gifting system, that's something @MattScott would have to answer on. I'm hoping it'll be back before the tournament ends, but if it happens that I have to do a backup, I've got two alternative methods lined up ready to go. Hopefully these answer your concerns.
  22. It will be a coin flip to see who goes on what server first. The idea is that we have at least one game played on each server, if possible, to even things out. Also I didn't say anything about it being EU only. Please don't spread misinformation. The T-25 exists. The fact that people disregard it shows how set in stone the meta is. To answer the questions: 1. There will be a flip-flop. One match will be crims, the other enforcers, to be as fair as possible 2. Both players should change when they can, within reason obviously. They should not go into combat with the same category weapons. I'll do my best to keep an eye on things as best I can. 3. I can't answer that I'm afraid.
