    The base CR762 is 0.84 seconds ttk, and has a 60 meter range.
    So, IR3 on NTEC turns it into an Obeya, basically, while retaining full auto fire and a much bigger magazine.

    Wich is exactly my point. All rifles will be usless apart from Ntec. Obir or Obeya are pretty inferior now as they will completely suck at closer ranges with IR

    Choose? The downside of IR is like de-equiping 2,5 Cooling Jackets so everybody will just roll CJ or nothing from this point forward and take weapons wich naturally have more range

    Weapons like carbine, temptress, obir and obeya will suffer a lot since they become slower. For Ntec tap firing is makes no difference since tap firing/spraying is easy, so that's exactly the problem I mean. N-tec shouldn't get better and it's already used too much. After this change I would never use my CSG PR1 again, same for LCR since it's already too slow and all these semi-auto's. IMO the IR changes will make it that almost nobody would want IR on those kind of weapons anymore, you could just not bother with the mod anymore and play closer ranges or take a real sniper.

    Edit: It's not for nothing that we use CJ3 on weapons to get that small percentage in TTK (+7%) including the downsides of the modification. TTK is far more important than that little bit of extra range. Equiping IR would now actually make it like you would have de-equiped more than 2x a CJ3 modification (-15% ROF). And what do you gain? Yeah, 12m on OTW but people complain that's too much (wich I agree on totally). But -15% ROF? No way, that makes no sense to me...

  4. Now weapons like Obeya rifle will be even worse in CQC/Mid-range, dont you guys see the problem? Ntec will be the weapon to go with since it'll be much easier to land the shots in many situations. AND also, basically due to nerfing IR, close range weapons will be used more like OCA, shotguns etc. HVR also got nerfed wich is fine, but with the current Anubis for instance is still bad. Why would people use long range?

    It seems like you have to inspect somebody to trade like it shows on the screenshot, so it's not need at all and I'm 99% sure it's social only already

  6. The Anubis mechanic makes no sense. It should have maximum accuracy when you start shooting, gaining accuracy over time makes the weapon far from good compared to other snipers and rifles. (Also there almost no situation anybody would benefit from it as you'de already be dead due to it's slow TTK). If that gets fixed it's actually usable for missions aswell.

  7. I think you guys are slightly too impatient.

     

     

    I think they are going to adress these issues. Right now they are already trying to make some underpowered weapons more usable again. More will follow and eventually they'll nerf some of the broken weapons aswell...

  9. The asylum map needs some fixes to be a good FC map. (For instance that an item can not be taken to the very bottom half of the map, where the aren't any spawnpoints and it will just be glitched away)

     

     

    But it's a great map wich should certainly stay as FC or a very similar concept because people really love to play there daily. I personally also play there every day when my clanmates aren't there. I would never go solo into missions because it's boring and taking very long to get kills.
