Thing is dont get me wrong last week the support was opend next 2 days week ends and a third day there was holiday .... 3 days lost . 3 days worth of tickets growing like a snowball , comon u have i guess 5 people in customer support . why not pay a extra to work on the week and holiday to get some tickets moving? i guess will wait 2 or 3 weeks for a reply .... people can flame me and tell "ho people deserve to rest" this and that but comon ... i bet they have toons of tickets to awser now and the bottleneck is epic ... dont mind me just sayin
