SARD cannot flag you for using Razer Synapse for multiple reasons. But, it can assist the investigator (in case of a manual report) to locate that you had Razer Synapse on. Therefore, yes you can get banned only if you get manually reported.

Game is dying because of a simple bounty system removal is quite optimistic. But, of course... Let's just not talk about blatant cheaters dominating the community right now.

Game currently has 600 players roughly every day after 7-8 PM UK time. We had 1000 players two weeks ago, and 1200 players three weeks ago where the update was released. Some of us wanted to see the new contact and some of us wanted to see if SARD worked. Contact update was really good, ending the unreachable weapons era and letting everyone have it easily even before hitting 100+ (if you know how to rank it up straight away) was OK. However, anti-cheat update was seemed to be rushed. Having no pre-cautions and letting every ban to be manual is horrible. I don't know how long it will take or will it ever be possible to see cheat-free APB but the community have lost 50% of it's playerbase, again, mostly because of the cheaters. Permanent ban should never be the last resort.

Budget, budget, budget. This game was made with straight 100 million dollars. They charged you/us monthly for subscription to keep playing. Make your research and you will see, I'm not exaggerating about the main expenses of the game. Main reason to fail at the Reloaded version was removing the subscription and making it F2P, optionally letting you buy Premium. However, this was not enough to upkeep the maintenance to continously improve, create a difference & keep the cheaters away etc. etc. etc. Nowadays, calculating the inflation. 100 mil should be around atleast 170-180 mil. But, barely worth a million at the current status I assume. Long story short, I do not believe currently Little Orbit can or would ever start investing in APB Reloaded to resurrect it especially when the game has only 600-700 population which probably barely making any money if consider the premium being free for ages. Game works on the budget to keep things as free as possible in the game. This is my perspective though.

that 'stutter' thing is not about sard screengrab or anything you mention. it is about garbage collector which was part of the game for over two decades. check config files that disables garbage collector.

I had the same thought but then tried to keep my idea for myself. Apparently I was right. 10-12 hours of maintenance is so unprofessional.
