    We are currently in the process of deploying APB: Reloaded Version 1.31 "New Horizon" and expect that the game should be back up and running in 5 to 8 hours as of the posting of this thread.

    To celebrate this massive milestone we have prepared yet another Blog post that goes into detail about our exciting promotions, in-game events and new offers which you can all check out here.

     

    PC CHANGES/FIXES

     

    This patch introduces APB:Reloaded Version 1.31 "New Horizon"

     

    Major changes and additions:

    • Added two new Tier 4 Contacts to the Waterfront district.
    • Added SARD Anti-Cheat.
    • Added extra cover and access points to multiple areas in Waterfront - Expect more tweaks to Waterfront in the weeks following the launch of New Horizon once we assess community feedback.
    • Added the ISSR-C ‘Kingdom’ burst rifle available for purchase at Anne inside the Joker Store through Joker Tickets.
    • Added three new modifications.
    • Added many new clothing items for both body types available on the Joker Ticket store and ARMAS in two convenient bundles.
    • Added the Mirage ‘Sundown’ and ‘Horizon’ presets to the Joker Ticket Store. These were designed by an awesome community member who goes by the name of ElinSylwiaVT.
    • The following vehicles unlock their 0 to 4-slot versions one entire Contact Tier sooner.
      Balkan Varzuga
      Balkan Ravan
      Macchina Calabria
      Macchina Cosenza
      Packer Ceresco
    • Retroactively added the following vehicles to late-game contact progression:
      Growl S4
      Dolton Fresno D400
      Charge Sentinel CS904
      Dolton Montane D230
      Dolton Montane D430
      Balkan Varzuga Rally 353 XS

     

    Balance:

    • Increased the range in which Mobile Spawn Points become invalid from 35m to 55m.
    • Decreased the Health and Stamina damage of the DMR-AV Sniper Rifle to decrease the range in which it can Kill in two shots from 88-100m to 95-100m. The ability to stun in two shots has been removed entirely. The DMR-SD is unaffected by these changes.
    • Decreased the range of the OBIR by 5 meters. We are going to revisit this change once we are closer to making larger balance adjustments but we feel like the gun is currently too dominant and would like to address that for the time being.

     

    Misc:

    • Added 3-Point Sling 3 to the ARMAS and Joker Store versions of the non-legendary Showstopper Pistol and renamed it to Showstopper ‘Quickdraw’.
    • Changed the Rank requirement of all mods that previously required a Character Rating of 195 or above. These mods will now have a Rank Requirement of R40, 60, or 80 and cost 20.000, 40.000, and 60.000 APB$ respectively.
    • The Sungnyemun Mirage now supports primary and secondary police lights. The ARMAS variants of these lights share the same unlock as those of the Sungnyemun Moirai.
    • Fixed various LOD issues for the player-owned versions of the Sungnyemun Mirage.

     

    The Known Issues page has been updated as of the release of Version 1.31.

  2. APB: Reloaded Version 1.31 “New Horizon” launches today - We’re excited to finally get some new content into the game and hope that you all enjoy New Horizon as much as we enjoyed making it.

    This update is one of the largest updates that we have ever shipped so we are expecting to run into some issues that we are going to have to address. We will keep you all in the loop about any ongoing issues in this thread.

We are aware of ARMAS purchases erroring out, if this happens to you we urge you to check if the G1c has been deducted from your account and if the item was delivered after relogging despite saying that something went wrong with the purchase. In most cases, the item will be delivered even if the purchase itself ends with an error.

    If you have purchased an item and it has not been delivered after relogging then please contact our Customer Support team so they can assist you with the issue.

  8. Hello APB Reloaded Community 👋

     

    Today, we would like to give you all a PSA on dealing with trade locks and what you should do if you are affected by one, as well as how to get help from our Customer Support team most effectively.

     

    Customer Support:
     

    • Our Customer Support team is currently working very hard on getting through the backlog of Tickets but is receiving more tickets in a day than they can solve. Which is why they may take longer than usual to reply to your Ticket.

     

    • Please do not submit multiple Tickets for the same issue — We have received the initial Ticket and are working hard on getting to it to help you get the issue you are inquiring about resolved. Submitting multiple tickets for the same issue is going to result in you having to wait longer.

     

    Trade locks:
     

    • Once you notice that a trade lock has been applied to your account, you should check for how long said trade lock lasts. To do so, join the Social District and check the chat for a message that contains information about your trade lock.

     

    What should I do if I have been trade-locked for 3 days?

     

    • These temporary trade locks are a safety measure to prevent your items from being stolen, these only last for 3 days, after which you will be able to trade again. Please do not contact our Customer Support Team to help with this issue, as they will not be able to assist you.

    What should I do if I have been permanently trade-locked?

     

    • If you have been permanently trade-locked you will need to contact our Customer Support Team so they can have a look as to why and if possible work with you on getting the trade lock removed.

     

    Please use Two-Factor Authentication

     

    • The best way to protect your account from potential theft is to use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and we plan on integrating changes to how temporary trade locks work for accounts that use Two-Factor Authentication in the future.

    Thanks for the quick reply. Why aren't these changes communicated anywhere? Making significant changes like these should be made very clear in an post on the APB Launcher so its clear that this issue is not code regression and is actually intended even if it is just a temporary change.

    We usually announce issues such as this on our Discord.

    We are aware that many of the accounts unbanned on Wednesday have a permanent trade-lock on them. For the time being I suggest you submit a Ticket to our Customer Support team while we are investigating the issue.

    we are aware of Matchmaking issues and have made a bunch of temporary changes to help with the longer wait times that players have been experiencing since Wednesday. This includes disabling Escalation as well as re-enabling Unopposed and Lopsided missions. 1vs1 Missions are likely due to unopposed missions being re-enabled which allows players to use the /abandonmission command again. We are aware that this temporary solution has its issues but we deem it better than having to wait upwards to 10 to 30 minutes for a mission.

    We are working on a fix to what is causing these extended wait times and will return to normal Matchmaking rules once the fix is deployed.

Its likely the team trying to call for esclation is losing and needs the help which obviously the winning team isn't going to let them get better teammates. So you just have to sit through a mission like this where you get destroyed non stop. 


    The team has made this decision for the following reasons:
     

    • Escalation is only an option if both teams are within roughly the same average MMR which means that the mission itself should be balanced in terms of player quality on both teams meaning that neither team should need backup.
    • Expanding mission size heavily favors defenders as they can cycle through respawns and almost always have a player alive to cover the attacking teams objective.

    • Accounts are already unbanned, however, you can try logging in to verify the status of your account.

    • If you have forgotten your account details, please contact our support team with any information you do remember, such as Email address or character names, and we will investigate further.

     

    Will my progress and items be there after my account is unbanned?

    • Yes, all your progress and items will be as they were before your account was banned.

     

    Can I appeal if my account remains banned after the unbanning process?

    • Yes, you can appeal by providing detailed information about your account and the reason for the appeal. Our support team will review your case and get back to you.

     

    What if I encounter issues after my account is unbanned?

    • If you experience any issues after your account has been unbanned, please contact our support team with your Email address and a detailed description of the problem.

     

    How long will it take for my account to be unbanned?

    • The unbanning process has already been completed. If your account is still banned after this period, please reach out to our support team.

     

    Is there anything I need to do to ensure my account gets unbanned?

    • No additional action is required from your side.

     

    Will there be any changes to my account or game experience after being unbanned?

    • There will be no changes to your account or game experience. You will be able to continue playing from where you left off.

     

    What do I do if I cannot trade on my account?

    • Look at the notification in chat, when you enter a district, if this is a 3-day ban period, you’ll have to wait it out, customer support cannot assist with shortening or removing the trade ban in this case. However, if it is a permanent trade lock, please contact us so that we can investigate further.
