    So after Thursdays migration, mission districts on Citadel never go below 35 server ms which causes shit hitreg and high client latency.

    also brought back the issue for people who run i7 7700k and i7 8700k which causes fps to be unstable at all and have the game mini stutter and mouse lag (same issue that got introduced 3 times already and got fixed 3 times).

    why use an obir when you can use RFP fang with the effective range of 72 meters, a secondary that has more range than both long range rifles in the game. 

    why look into what the community complains about instead of shitting out a completely Irrelevant change to make the game shit for a couple of months and then apologize for making a mistake.

    Not sure if they still do, but last i recall they didn't accept videos or clips of "cheating" since it was never really definitive proof of someone hacking.  Not counting situations where people go full blatant and are snapping all over the place or aiming at the ground and consistently hitting every shot on you.    As far as i know of its a investigation process and is determined by an actual human.  Odds are if you think someone is macroing and they've been around for 9 months, they're probably a not macroing.  It's not hard to max rof or persistently time your shots.

    what kind of a process there is when you get multiple reports of the guys stream with clips and videos of him no recoiling on stream and macroing, whats the process behind going and banning him for using 3rd party tools to gain advantage over other players ? same goes for players who triggerbot with certain gm and spct being a mod in their chat.

    And honestly it's very rare that Matt posts there, and other than Comfeyer on even rarer occasions really no one from LO talks there. 

     

    But yeah, some info seems to be communicated on the forums, other times Twitter, other times Facebook, and other times discord. Sometimes the same info goes out on multiple platforms, other times not. 

    Not sometimes, Sadly most of the useful info goes through discord, like the gun game that occurred couple of weeks ago, some announcements happened to be posted only on the unofficial discord. Straight forward to my point, post every bit of information on the official forums and not half of it on the official forums half of it on the unofficial forums.

    I noticed your RAM timings being higher than mine, not sure if that is related to the issue though.

    Do you have APB installed on an SSD or HDD?

     

     

    SSD, I only have SSDs in both of my computers, and that issue is happening on HDD as well (tested on my friends pc), The timings have nothing to do with the issue as I tested on 3466 MHz, 3000MHz and base speed of 2444MHz on both computers and the issue was still present, ran the game on those speeds beforehand with no issues.

    They were always a thing, Punkbuster was good at catching those, FairFight not so, BE not at all due to not having a server side option, EAC does have 1 and should be easy to catch the constant same delay of reaction of the "player" to the crosshair turning red.

    Waste of money, 27 inch 2k 144hz is worthless, also I do have certain problems with the panel cause some dead dots appeared, Never go for a Zowie, especially such expensive one.

    Not SLI`d, my 1070 Ti is being used for my 2k 144 hz Display (Waste of money to be fair) and the 980 Ti used to run my other 2 monitors, I have to run my monitors from my other GPU cause 1070Ti struggles to run some games at 2K.

    This is a known issue that was being tracked. Matt said they believed they had fixed most issues. It is certainly possible for issues to return when hotfixes are implemented.

     

    I have largely the same set-up as this guy:

     

    I7 8700k at 5.0 GHZ

    32G DDR4 Ram at 4266 Mhz.

    Game is on a M.2 SSD

    Nvidia GTX 2080

     

    This computer runs largely all games on ultra at 120+ FPS. APB is one of the only game I play that the micro-stutters have gotten significantly worse. In the past month since I have returned, they have gotten worse and better after certain patches.

     

    Sorry OP, unfortunately I haven't found a fix. Even gimping the game with the Advanced Launcher still has micro-stutters and hard locks even when sitting at 145 FPS.

    not my fault my computer isnt a piece of crap and can run the game better than yours.

    are you dense? I stated that multiple people have that problem, Second of all this issue appeared with a patch 2 weeks ago and got fixed last week and now it is present again with the latest patch, How it has to do with my broken PC if everything else runs perfect and stress tests show 100% performance? Idiot.


    To add to all of this, I have a second station which runs an i7 7700k @ 4.4GHz and 16GB of Ram at 3000 MHz and it has the same issue.
