That looks like a spam. Or it's one of Citadel's reporters that accuses everyone that kills him and doing his "reportage" for support. Combine few nut cases like this and voila a clogged system.

Pretty much. I can imagine a massive amount of the tickets are to the lines to "Wah [username] is a hacker, ban them!" with little to no "evidence" attached, but LO support wanting to do their due diligence has to comb through hours of gameplay code to find the evidence themselves because they can't simply state "BattleEye saw nothing so you're wrong" because apparently LO is using the "demo version" of BE now.

And then there is the onslaught of "lost account" tickets, or "help Ive been hacked" tickets, more with even less evidence or proof of account ownership, having to ask questions and getting vague af answers in return, trawling through code to find out IP address and log ins made, where mail was sent to and what time, all needing to put in due diligence to make sure you're not refunding a missing weapon to a scammer or giving away someone else's account.

The support operators are humans, this is their job. Can you imagine getting to work and having an endless stream of tickets and coming across tickets like those above that probably require at least 8-10 hours work, not to mention back and forths between you and the ticket owner, all for the 99% chance of the ticket owner just resubmittng it because they didn't get the answer they wanted? Or better yet resubmitting already active tickets because they didn't get a near-instant reply.

idk about you, but I'd say fuck that and go for the easy tickets, bulk out my stats with responses that will get me somewhere and keep ignore the pos tickets that no doubt OP has submitted.

All of these titles have one thing in common - they needed a little rescuing somewhere along the way.

I have hand picked each member our little misfit family, and rest assured, we are just as committed to APB now as when we took over.

    3. Hijacking AI vehicles will leave the AI drivers just standing in the middle of the road until they disappear.

Highjack more. They can be removed/killed by their own vehicle. It is a favourite past-time of mine to find the pleasant AIs sit in their shitheap and blast their horns for no reason, pull them out of that shitheap and then run them over with that same shitheap.

    4. You can not walk through AI pedestrians.

No. You can't ask for immersion/realism on the one hand then want ghost AI civilians on the other. Solid AIs are good and even better are the different replies they give you when you bump into them. Nothing like not feeling bad for "accidentally" plowing through a group of them after they shoot their mouth off at you for walking too close to them.

    5. If an AI vehicle is hit and moves out of its driving path, it will just stop forever rather than correct its position and continue.

Again, watch and learn more. They do commence driving again albeit with teleportation and the grace of an eight legged elephant but AI vehicles will correct themselves after a while as long as everyone leaves them alone. Which barely happens because they were knocked off route for being in a busy area and it doesn't get less busy so easily.

    6. Sometimes when you run next to another player or AI, your movements will no longer be smooth and you start to kind off "lag" when you run.

    25.  how i would love to be able to have destroyable windows after 2 or 3 shots......immersion would cause a strategy and skill needed and would be awesome for gameplay with this.

No. APB is not GTA. Don't make it GTA. This is just another "I want to OCA everything" strat. Killing people inside working vehicles is not the way to go. AV weapons exist for a reason. Giving weakling weapons the chance to nullify the safety of a vehicle basically nullifies AV weapons ruining a whole giant piece of the weapons pie.

    And to add:

    30. Stop the AI from blasting the mother loving horn, a few toots is fine but some of them near fall alseep on the wheel and it upsets my precious little ears.

Alternatively, do what the community has requested since consumables were first implemented... and make them an activated mod with a cooldown rather than a stack of items that continues to cause problems for players despite several inventory modifications and space increases for them.

Consumables should be turned into proper character mods. There is no point in having them as consumables as it does not add anything to the game. Turn them into unlimited mods with a cooldown.

Although, I do agree that currency should be transferrable between characters on the same account (APB$ and Joker Tickets).

At the very least APB$, as there's no longer any legitimate gameplay reason/excuse to not do so. Due to the new trading having no system tax, you can already now transfer any quantity of APB$ between your characters with no loss. Letting us simply mail it (or having it be held in an "account wallet" or some such that all characters pull from) would just remove that unnecessary and technically risky middle step.

Why not just 1 bank/money account for all characters on the server? Yeah it breaks the Lore but then so does transferring money really. But then what to do with JTs? Make them global? Weapons? Mods? Contact Progression? Heck let's all just have one character that has everything linked to it, global server, you just pick with region/faction to join when you log in. Boom, NEXT.

  5. I play with 200-300ms, calling it a teleport fest and a death montage is a bit of an exaggeration.

200-300ms is playable not until 500+ is where it gets near unplayable but if our tryhard BR-hating friends are anything to go by lag actually makes me better at the game cause apparently they've got the teleport fest and a death montage.

  6. You know what? I think it's just a Joker Vending Machine that's a little close to a Vehicle Spawn or is in LOS of one and OP in all their spaghetti fingers on the keyboard typing glory has their character pointed at the Vending Machine but the mouse cursor is pointed at the Vehicle Spawn, so it spawns a vehicle. There are a few mailboxes out there that can do the same thing if you're looking at them from the right angle.

Example I can give is the cluster-fuck of machines just to the South of Eva Orlandez/San Paro Port Authority on Chandler Street in the Waterfront District

    vGkirPU.png

Stand at the right angle here and you can read mail, buy ammo, or spawn a car without so much as pressing F.

    And since I'm feeling multicultural today, here's a translation so people like OP can understand what I just wrote;

you know what little ortel has no pants to wear what a pathetic salamader I think just a joker slot that is where compassion to the car spawn or is in the los first you noobs cannot find a kettle of pies to mount a jelly in reference in all their finger the keyboard give the glory of her character was pointed to the car slot but even you have the mouse pointer pirates that you are viewing thing issue from your own perspective to the machine spawn so it generates car purple monkey dishwasher there are many courier out there that can do the same why cant you thing if you are looking straight from the fifty thousand galaxies and all of them coming at me at once no sir that is not how you make potato scallops for example I can put their mass as a machine to the place where players is playing in the server.

the 7-9m you're talking about was when the gun was still pretty new to the game, but it's been down to ~3m for quite some time now... (unless you didn't pay attention to what I said about this issue being citadel related and you're talking about jericho prices, I have no idea about NA)
"consider yourself lucky to have a +2m price increase thanks to a new trading system turning the market prices upsidedown"... like, what?
It's not the trading systems fault it's the people using the system or rather trying to profit more from it. Just like you said the Ursus used to be worth more when it was newer because people were trying to capitalise on it before we found out it was just a nannyfied NTEC but we don't blame the JMBs or ARMAS for making the prices that high, it's the sellers. And what makes the prices drop (aside from times when a certain JMB reward becomes exploitable and crashes a market price) is people not buying them and other people trying to undercut the next top seller in order to capitalise on them.

It's all people trying to make a quick buck and artificially inflating and deflating the prices, you just either need to weather the storm or contribute to it. The Ursus will still be there when the prices fluctuate again.

i’d be fine with open pvp if there was randomly spawned objectives to force the population to focus around different areas and extra spawns (like the ones from the chaos/anarchy districts) to get back to the action faster
Like some sort of circle that moves around the map? Maybe places outside the circle can be made no-go zones to entice players to stay within your action zones? We shall call is Conflict Pie or CP for short.

All the more reasons for bots! Or something like the Target Dummies in WoW they would let us at least test ranges and ttk etcetera, not so great for moving targets but if we going full bot might as well put a few on rails.

While we're at it throw up some voice overs and text and make it a tutorial, did I just kill two birds with one great idea? Yes I did. Now make all districts open pvp.

They were great places to knock out a few JTs without having to wait for a mission, no matchmaking, no teams, no items, no timers, no running to the other side of the map, no winning, no losing, just random killing and fun, why does the majority of the playerbase hate fun?

i didnt find it very fun tbh
mr no fun had no fun? colour me surprised.

    but srsly y tho?
