  1. Hello monster413 Support is currently experiencing a high volume of tickets due to them getting set up with a new support system so ticket responses are going to be delayed. i would expect a week or so at most at this current time maybe a little longer depending. Thankyou for understanding.
  2. Hey Senpai! Have you tried renaming/deleting the following folder if it's present, and run the launcher again: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye also do you get any errors via the battleye client before startup?

  4. it looks like the file: "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\msvcp110.dll". is blocking battleye from launching successfully (i don't recommend deleting a system file) i'm not a computer genius but you might want to run a quick scan of a your computer with some anti-virus as that's originally a windows file and it could be pretending to be one since it should not be effecting battleye. If nothing is found i suggesting doing a fresh install of APB:Reloaded & Battleye and hopefully that should fix the issue.

Please take a moment to review our Rules to make sure you don't do anything wrong About your problem Are you able to give this a go to see if it solves your issue? Go to the game folder, then > Binaries > BattlEye > start the batch type file Install_BattlEye
  7. Try restarting then attempting this again. If not. Let's try this. First of all, please ensure that you have all BE files required for installation in place in your game directory. Either verify your game files/cache on Steam or Uplay or completely reinstall the game. Secondly, please make sure that you run the initial installation from a administrative user account or a limited user account with UAC enabled. Otherwise BE won’t be able to request administrative privileges required to install the BE Service. Battleye's FAQ can be found here
  8. oh you're not wasting my time, please don't worry about that! Let's see if we can fix this issue for you, let's try what Kast2 suggested before we move onto more trouble shooting.
  9. You have about 100 slots in your ignore list, playing on the same server for an hour up against 40 unique/different players on the opposing faction would not fill your ignore list in that time. I know it's not the most ideal situation to have in a game like this but the only work around would be to ignore them then to unignore them later on before you exit the game. as i've said above it's the only way at this current time but i agree, it would be a nice addition to be able to mute a player's theme without having to ignore them.
  10. Hello TheTankBal. Currently there is no official way to mute a player's death theme directly. There is a workaround: You can mute a player's death theme by the command /ignore player_name
  11. Alright can you try this for me: Make sure all services related to APB:Reloaded are closed. (you can check this via task manager) Once you've double checked, delete the battleye folder again and start the APB:Reloaded Launcher as administrator.
  12. Hey Spy! Have you tried uninstalling the applications/deleting the files that are getting blocked? Try deleting: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL\AlienFX.DeviceDiscovery\v4.0_4.0.49.0__bebb3c8816410241\AlienFX.DeviceDiscovery.dll Edit: i see that this has been taken care of. Thanks guy! If anyone else is having any issues with Battleye please refer to this page You may find your problem and the fix for it via that.

Your account has been blocked (This does not necessarily mean for cheating) I would highly recommend contacting support as they can look into your account with better detail and see why your account was blocked.     Hey TobregirT! I know it's frustrating not being able to get access to an account but due to how sensitive some information can be (in this case an email) they can't just give someone an email unless they're 150% sure the email belongs to a the player in question (data protection) - Best bet is to just wait if your ticket has not been closed since as a player said above they're pretty stacked with support tickets.
