Puglover27 0 Posted May 15, 2019 So whenever I try to sign in, I get a notification from Xbox Live, saying this: You cannot purchase content because of how your account is set up. To change this, customize your Xbox Live privacy settings. So I do that, and I'm unrestricted when it comes to access and I have a credit card for purchasing stuff on my Xbox. FetusPhalanges 0 Posted May 20, 2019 I am also having that issue. I am unsure of what is causing it i have also tried to mess with my restrictions and that didn’t help either.
