Are citadel districts spinning up properly?

[Fenton]

Hi guys. I notice there's only one instance of Social up and running on Citadel at the moment, and it's full. The instance list as a whole looks a bit short too.

Anyone else seeing this?

Looking into this, thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Thanks for that, Flight.
