How to get those dynamic shadows to work?

Thats what I get, and no matter what I change in the ingame option I only can get rid of it when entirely deactivating the dynamic shadows.

But how can I get some proper shadows here instead of those ugly stripes.?

That's normal, those lines/stripes appear only at a certain angle to the light source.
