The PS4 version is not running on Unreal Engine 3.5, which is why Little Orbit stated they need to get it running on 3.5. Also, I saw the latest that they're shooting for getting it on 3.5 by the end of April 2019. I still don't believe they will succeed but I hope they prove me wrong.
